Superbowl snack (sausage-stuffed peppers)
I had to take a minute and quickly share this recipe with you because it.is.so.GOOD! And I mean life-changing good.
Ingredients:
25-30 jalapeno peppers
1 brick of cream cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 lb. ground sausage
Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut ends off peppers, then cut peppers in half (the long way) and clean out all seeds and veins (rubber gloves recommended). Cook sausage; drain. Mix together sausage and cheeses. Fill peppers with sausage mixture. Bake filled peppers for 20-30 minutes.
These are always a HUGE hit. Enjoy!
