A tablescape fit for fall
Hello there peeps! Today I want to add to your autumn mojo by showing you the fall tablescape I created for the round table in my kitchen breakfast nook.
Remember my one-hour napkin curtains? Well, I had one napkin left over, so I used it to anchor the centerpiece.
I created the menus by printing them out on cardstock, cutting them out, then backing them with some pretty scrapbook paper I picked up at Walmart.
The leaves in the bowl were cut from an old strand of discount store garland.
I purchased the napkins in the bowls at Walmart. They were $3 for a pack of two. In the past, I’ve made my own napkins by trimming out pieces of scrap fabric with pinking shears.
The vignette in the center was created using stuff I already had around the house: votives, mini bead garland, a white pumpkin …
Check out that caaauuutte filler I used in the lantern. I think I got it at Michaels. I love the over-sized candy corn and sparkly pumpkins.
I got the dishes last summer. Remember their debut at my summer tablescape?
I got this adorable acorn salt and pepper set for FREE using Pottery Barn rewards points.
There you have it: my attempt at a fall tablescape. I hope it inspires you to get crackin’ on your own version.
Before I go, I want to share with you my most favorite fall accessory.
This is our Irish Terrier, Howie. He matches all my fall decor.
