Free e-book: The Heart Improvement Project

Today I am super excited to share with you my brand new, hot-off-the-press e-book. It’s called “The Heart Improvement Project: 5 Steps to Overcoming Obstacles and Building the Life you Crave.”

In this book, I write about what actions you should take to meet your goals and get where you want to go in life. Here’s a brief summary of what I cover in the book:

Chapter 1: Silence the ticking clock – Find out how to identify setbacks and devise a plan to overcome them to create positive, forward momentum.

Chapter 2: Love your kitchen sink – Learn how to look past what you can’t change and develop a grateful heart.

Chapter 3: Do some dumpster diving – Discover your true calling and look for opportunities to use your skills and desires to do the work you were designed to do.

Chapter 4: Become a finish carpenter – Find out what’s holding you back from meeting your goals, and defeat procrastination for good.

Chapter 5: Share your blueprints – Learn how to increase your success and broaden your scope of influence by empowering others to achieve greatness.

Whether you’re stuck in a rut or just want to take your life to the next level, this book is a must read. And the best part? It is 100 percent, totally and completely FREE! It’s my gift to you.

So grab a cup of coffee (and a cookie if you have a sweet tooth like me :)) and dig in. The book is 26 pages long, so it won’t take too much time to get through it. (Trust me; I know how busy you are.) But despite its size, it is jam-packed with information and action items you can use time and again.

Those of you who already subscribe to my posts via email can immediately download a copy of the book by clicking on the link at the bottom of your emailed post. Those of you who don’t yet subscribe to my updates can get a copy by visiting my home page and entering your email address in the box on the right sidebar. (I will never share your email address with anyone else.)

After you get a chance to read the book, I would absolutely love for you to come back here and leave a comment, letting me know your thoughts about it. Happy reading!

I’m having trouble downloading the book, could you tell me exactly what to click on. I am subscribed to email but just getting frustrated trying to figure this out. This is what happens when you turn 60 and are not so computer savvy. If there is a way you can email me a direct link that would be so helpful.
thanks, I’m really looking forward to reading it.
    Loved the coupon info.

No problem, Carol. I’m sending a pdf to you directly via email right now. For the record, the email with the link to the book may have gone to your junk mail folder by mistake due to an automatic spam filter in your email account. If you find it in the junk mail, be sure to mark it “not as spam” and you shouldn’t have that problem again. Hope you enjoy the book! Please let me know if you have any difficulties in the future. (I totally understand frustrations with technology! :))

    • Susan says:

Teresea, I got the email you sent after this comment saying you were in fact able to download the book by clicking the link on the “Thank you” email you received after subscribing. I’m assuming all is well now. Please let me know if that is not the case. Happy reading. 🙂

I subscribed to your blog this AM, not sure how long it should take to get a welcoming email from you….BUT, I really want to read your book too.

    • Susan says:

Anne, you should have immediately received a welcome email message from me with a link to the book. If you did not, you may want to check your email spam folder, as it could have perhaps inadvertently landed there. If you are unable to find the email, please let me know and I’ll send you a direct link to the book.
