Plans for ‘his’ master closet

If you recall, we recently completed a budget-friendly closet re-do for this little guy:

In the process of that project, we “stole” wire shelving units from the hubs’ walk-in closet because we knew we would soon be renovating his space with more sturdy and better-functioning storage pieces. Well, that time has come. Here are our plans for his new master closet:

We are excited to knock this project out ASAP because the hubs has been basically living like a hobo, with his clothes piled all over the bedroom.

He has also temporarily moved a lot of his stuff into my closet, which has become a bit of a mess, too.

This week, I’ll be patching and painting the closet walls and, hopefully, we’ll be installing shelving units and rods as early as next week. As with all of our projects, we’ll be working hard to keep costs low. I’ll keep you posted on all the deets!

  1. He’s adorable! Can’t wait to see what you do with the closet. I’m brand new to your site and as soon as I saw those Air Force Blues in the last picture, I knew I had to stick around! I found you through a Blissdom post. Hope to see you at Blissdom this year!

    • Amiyrah, you sound like a fellow military gal! Oh I wish so much I was going to Blissdom this year. I had an absolute blast last year … but sadly, I won’t be able to make it. I’m sure you will have a rockin’ time. It’s awesome. Thanks for stopping by.
